As a legal guardian or person with parental responsibility, you can register a child with a disability in the app.

Follow this guide:

The adult who created the child’s profile must apply on behalf of the child.

To apply for the disability customer type for the child through a form in the Rejsekort app, you must:

Provide the same personal information about yourself and the child.
Upload documentation of the child’s identity and disability.

Open the guardian’s Rejsekort app.
Open the menu by tapping the three lines in the top-left corner.
Tap Settings.
Tap Change your customer type.
Select that you want to apply for the Disability customer type.
Select Apply without MitID.
Confirm your identity by uploading a copy of your Health Insurance Card, Driver’s Licence, or Passport (the guardian’s).
Tap Next.
Upload a copy (photo) of the child’s Companion Card.
Give consent to register the Disability customer type.
Tap Next.
Enter your first name, last name, phone number, email address, and confirm your email address.
Select that you are applying on behalf of a child.
Enter the child’s first name.
Enter the child’s last name.
Enter the child’s phone number.
Review the information and check that it is correct.
Tap Send.

A case number will now appear. Once Rejsekort Customer Centre has processed the application, you will receive an email confirming that the customer type has been changed.
