If you don’t have a MitID, you can still travel with a disability through the app by filling out an application form. You’ll need to contact the Rejsekort Customer Service Center at +45 70113333 to access the application form.

Remember to create a profile in the app before filling out the form.

Here’s how:

Download the Rejsekort app to your phone and create a profile.
Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner and select Settings.
Tap Change Customer Type and select Disability.
Then select Apply without MitID. You will now be redirected to an application form.
Click Continue to Application.

In the form, you must:

Upload proof of your identity (e.g., health insurance card or driver’s license)
Upload proof that you are eligible for the Disability customer type (Ledsagekort Danmark, membership card for the Danish Association of the Blind, or a card from the Refnæs Vision Center)
Enter your contact information (name, email, and phone number) as you provided in the app

A Rejsekort Customer Service Center representative will review your application and notify you via email once your application has been processed and your customer type has been changed to “Disability.”

Please note that processing may take up to 10 business days.

Until you receive a response, you’ll travel under the customer type assigned based on your age when you created your profile in the app.
